For Your Amusement: IT’S THE WHO

“It’s The Who!” declared THE DJT. No, he’s not referring to the one Horton hears, or the rock band. He’s talking about the World Health Organization. “They listened to China instead of me. So, now I’m suspending their funding until we investigate.” He went on to tell us how he saved us by suspending flights from China to the USA. At the same time, the fake news reminds us he was praising China and President Xi for “being transparent.”

Many of THE DJT’s supporters quickly endorsed the president’s bold move. “There’s too many leftist doctors in that organization,” one contributor to the re-election campaign said. “If they want to help the rest of the bleeding-heart liberal world instead of keeping us great, then let them find one of those Silicon Valley lefty donors to fund their cause.” When told the international organization, which advises the medical community around the globe, is uniquely situated to keep statistical data, and develop a treatment or vaccine for COVID-19, he responded, “So what? We got THE DJT and he’s calling the shots.”

It was later learned that this same contributor strongly advised THE DJT, back in January and February, not to stop flights to and from Europe.

THE DJT announced last week that we need to get stadiums and arenas open soon and have people fill them up. This contradicted his top adviser on the pandemic, Dr. Anthony Fauci, who warned we must be cautious about opening too soon. We need more testing according to Dr. Fauci. “I like Dr. Fauci,” THE DJT said, “he’s a smart guy. But let’s not forget, I’m the president and I’m the one who decides when we reopen the country.”

When asked about the lack of tests, THE DJT renewed an earlier assertion that, “Anyone who wants a test can get one.” After learning that thousands waited in a long line for a COVID-19 test in New York, and the health care workers were only able to test seven hundred of them, THE DJT claimed it was the fault of Governor Andrew Cuomo and his liberal Democratic socialist medicine.

In the last century we faced an economic crisis where a quarter of the population was out of work and a war against a virulent enemy. My parents used to say, “Thank God we had FDR to lead us out of both situations.” Faced with a similar crisis, aren’t you glad we have THE DJT to lead us to victory?
